create alias apricot_the_lich_(11th_costume) -> apricot_the_lich_(psycho)

A couple of outfits I've noticed from Froot that weren't fixed yet (Froot's valentine's outfit is called "Valentine's Froot by the rigger" of the outfit), same with Froot's psycho model so I figure using "Psycho" would work

Created new tag for the official swimsuit design used in Takanashi Kiara's PERFUME music video and adding implication for it.

And thinking of this, I personally don't see the point of using this tag, when we can use it for her Takanashi Kiara (PERFUME) and most of Perfume (Takanashi Kiara) is filled with the swimsuit anyway

I moved them to the 'other' section because they're not actually considered official costumes by COVER/hololive production like the others are. They're outfits Kiara commissioned or made herself for her personal use or for MVs.
You can check which outfits are considered official by COVER on each talent's page on the official site.

But they are official costumes, just because they aren't considered 'official' by COVER doesn't they aren't official, please check other sources, like Kiara's twitter before making assumptions like this

Again, just cuz Cover doesn't consider them 'official', doesn't mean they aren't

...then why were they labeled as 8th and 9th costumes here? Were the tag/wiki creators stupid?

You aren't wrong, Rodent, but we do generally try to conform to what is official higher up, like how, for a gacha, we'd distinguish a costume tag made for a skin from one that's based on an illustration-only design. In a similar sense, looking at Ina's page, we don't see her Nu Udra costume, because it's a collab costume, hence why it's not in the count and listed under 'other'. Same with us putting their 'official' Walfie chibi models in 'other'.
