Additionally, I'm wondering if recolors of skins should be implied to the skin's tag itself. For example, Luna Snow (Plasma Pulse) is a recolor of Luna Snow (Mirae 2099), so should the former be implied to the latter? Or should it be implied to the character tag like a regular skin?
