@Arcana55 the pool description literally tells you the pool was moved: pool:fancy_notes.
Pools are inferior to tags because they don't support translated tags and because they've always been subjected to far less gardening, making them the domain of single users without any way to properly monitor them. Tags are better in every single way.

Here's my current idea of a proposal, as the idea seems to be that commentary be long, and there are situations like post #9891707 which can't fall under story in commentary, but still needs some kind of tag for this. What do y'all think?
This is too ambiguous. A commentary full of random hashtags is a long commentary. This pool is specifically for stories contained in a commentary. I agree that it could be turned into a tag, but we need a better name.

Yeah, I guessed that would be the problem. I just don't know what to call it, as "Detailed Backstories" is a bad tag name (ambiguous with things like character profiles, and I do not trust the literacy of the average member of this site one bit), but story in commentary only applies to in-universe stories, whereas the pool as is contains posts with commentary that talks about the process behind the artwork.
Unless we want to rework story in commentary, I got no better ideas.

Seems objective enough. Seemingly obvious implication to scared isn't though, since there are some posts where they're not visibly scared enough for the tag. However, there are some posts I saw in there that doesn't match the description of the pool, but rather just the general vibe of being scared to sleep alone...

Maybe the pool should be divided between story in commentary and a new tag for artist's commenting on the process or life story? Perhaps making-of commentary?

I don't know what Touhou is but this seems taggable. It's a popular fan theory concept seemingly drawn in creative ways.

This pool as noted in the description seems to be for posts with any sort of relationship between the identities of Yukari and Merry (not specifically being the same person) so the tag name may be misleading.

Would you think something like yukari/merry_theory_(touhou) would work better? It'd be the only way I could see it working without being a very long named tag.
Does "I don't know" count as an opinion? Come to think of it, it did originate as a tag on Pixiv, so yeah, it would be easily taggable. There's a bit of history behind why it's a pool and not a tag. So, the Yukaribel posts have been rocking around for nearly 2 decades or so, but it took ZUN announcing the latest Hifuu album and re-jumpstarting the art trend in 2024 for some people to consider the need for a pool, etc., and I didn't know how to create tags back then, so a pool it is (lol). I've got accustomed to it and even found a little niche- the pool's title can sometimes serve as an "extra punchline" for an image like those of "PAWNCH!!!" or the "God Damn It (insert 2hu here)" collections, in a way a regular tag couldn't, I really love them. Plus, I think the long name would be a little jarring as a tag (unless yukaribel_theory qualifies). It's for these reasons that I don't want the pool to go away, but well, it's only self-serving sentiments, so I'll leave it to you guys.

I think we should have a tag for unconventional wings, but the problem is that even if we exclude Flandre, the moment one character with that specific feature becomes viral, the tag is gonna explode and be completely overtaken.
I recently had a fleeting thought about there being an embellished wings tag to compliment the existing embellished costume to solve some of the more elaborate but still relatively grounded designs in the Flan pool like post #52492, post #709033 and post #726767. Would work for some other posts of winged characters with more grandiose redesigns too. I haven't dug around too much to see how much this concept would be dominated by Flan though and I'm not in a rush to favgroup and gauge it.
