"Before fallen" is definitely an awkward qualifier, I would not suggest that. And what you're depicting here is actually not Mostima (before fallen), it's Mostima (school uniform). This is actually a more complicated situation. It kind of falls back to the first problem.
I assume you mean post #9070108. Usually Ambience Synesthesia participants factor Alter distinctions, so you can see which exact version of a character it is, you don't need to take a guess. Strangely the program list on pets listed her just as "煌" instead of "烛煌". I couldn't find an official source confirming or denying that.
A few of these have been intentionally avoided in my previous gardenings for one reason or another. maybe it's time to solve them now, but they would need some discussions before they can be implemented.
Regarding the Blaze version, at that time, that edition of Ambience Synesthesia had a preview web event where the participating characters for the event would appear.

As for Mostima, I used that image because it is the closest to an official depiction of Mostima before her "Fallen" state. Furthermore, my goal is not only to include Mostima's school uniform look but also to cover her pre-Fallen state—where she lacks horns and a tail—even when not wearing the school uniform, as seen in posts like post #10861827, and post #5710139
