mass update on_grass -> -on_grass on_ground grass
deprecate on_grass
I stand by the attempt to nuke it. This tag is entirely replaceable with the on_ground grass search, which has barely any false positives. We do not need on_grass.
Either or works. There are false positives like post #10034391 post #9844486 but they are the minority.
If the tag on grass exists it should definitely imply grass though.
