Nuking on_grass

BUR #23349 has been rejected.

mass update on_grass -> -on_grass on_ground grass

on_grass is just a tandem tag for the on_ground grass search.

Examples on the Discord of potential false positives were brought up such as post #7073896 and post #6445673, but these kinds of posts aren't actually "on grass" and I assume are only tagged because "they're on the ground and close to the grass".

I don't know if you can really replace it like this. grass is tagged on any kind of spare grass, while on grass is more for people on grass fields and greenery in general.

You say that, but after looking through the first 10 pages of on_ground grass, it's abundantly clear that at least 95% of the results are exactly what on_grass is for.
