Most cases of this are going to be second-party source, if not all of them.

@Cudcuds (ping so you see this) If an artist isn't autotagged, it means that account isn't linked to any artist on Danbooru. It usually means the artist is new to the site, but it can also be an undiscovered account for an artist already on Danbooru. The correct procedure is to make a new artist entry; there will be a link on the upload page under the "source" tab. If it turns out to be an artist already on Danbooru, an alias BUR can be made in topic #7713. Be sure to make the artist entry before you post an image, otherwise the site will recognize the artist tag as a general tag and complain that there is no artist.

What I'm talking about is the way the angle between the underside of her nose and the top of her lips is almost completely flat. I see it in quite a lot of images. I think it might have started with older manga/anime art and found it's way into tumblr style art.
