3. Deprecate ambiguous tags.
Downvoting because I don't agree with the first two lines: covering_with_blanket solo needs to be cleaned up to create a matching to-oneself action tag. I also generally don't upvote unseparated BURs unless I agree with 100% of the lines and they're related tags.

Half of the posts don't look like they even belong there. There're too many instances of under covers, covering bodyparts and other random covering actions unrelated to sleeping under these tags because of the confusing name. Some of them probably need new tags. Honestly, the covering another with x name doesn't make it clear that it's for sleeping either. Maybe tucking in is a better name.
