Ambiguous tag.

• For characters sleeping or resting with clothes covering their body, use clothes blanket + under covers.
• For a character covering another with clothes, use clothes blanket + covering with blanket.
• For a character covering their body, use one of the covering_* tags.
• For a character covering themselves and/or another to hide from rain, use improvised umbrella.
