For some reason we even have shuodedaoli (meme), although it has only 1 post.
But I'm not sure if we should have tags for memes that are only popular on Chinese social networks, because I don't know the standard for Danbooru meme tag.

Shark meme, China tracksuit, under the table (Arknights) and potentially more - not sure if they count but there are a few memes that have non-western origins that have eventually been redrawn outside of a given region. Something may not warrant a meme tag but any pose or common theme that's been drawn enough times should get a tag to allow it to be searchable.
