Jokes aside, both yes-no pillow and c-01_permit are actual things you can point at in the picture, so it's easy to tag. And "wanting to form a babby" is ... a mindset? Maybe in heat?

A couple of things:

• First: this was tagged as both original and elden_ring on Pixiv. I have never played the game, so I don't know if this is a character from the game or an OC in an Elden Ring setting; thus the character_request tag.
• Second: this is my first time tagging armor, so someone should probably double-check my tags for that.
