Like WRS said above, that level of specificity, I think, would end up cluttering up the tags with a variety of different types which would only be used a small handful of times. The tags need to be specific enough that they'd be used while being generic enough that they could fit a wide range of potential uses. cellphone should suffice.

It seems like people use them interchangeably, especially regarding bishounens. And their wikis got me even more confused. Like thick is for large lips, and puffy is for lips that appears to be large. Wut?
I was going to write that thick_lips would be lips that would be tall and wide from the top of the lip down to the bottom and that puffy lips would be lips that protrude out from the face, such as a natural pucker, but seeing as "thick lips" has 2.6k tags to "puffy lips" 164, just use thick lips. thick lips seems to be catching both cases.

The character Takarai Hiyori from the most recent Hypnosis Mic stage play has some sort of split personality disorder. Would there be any reason to create a tag for his alter, Mato Haizaki? Or would this be a situation for a BUR that just aliases Mato Haizaki to Takarai Hiyori?

I think that wouldn't make sense if visually they look like the same character. If it's a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde sort of thing, where they both have distinct visual style that would make them easily identifiable to each other, then that would be where a new tag would be considered.

If the character doesn't appear in the piece, it wouldn't make sense to include the character tag. I would say post #9359792 is using a bolo tie.
