deprecate ambigous tags

BUR #9867 has been rejected.

deprecate feminine
deprecate father

father is a useless tag, because we have father and son etc.
I don't know about feminine, but I think we have enough tags to compensate for that, like otoko no ko, girly boy etc. Feminine is just to ambigous.

They're both empty, you can just deprecate them yourself.

Weird, the last time I tried, it didn't let me. But it seems to work now.

The bulk update request #9867 (forum #210503) has been rejected by @Guaro.

You can only deprecate tags manually if they have a wiki and are empty.

Then the last time it had no wiki. Good to know. Done.

Yeah, for some reason the tag edit page tells you to make a BUR if the tag doesn't have a wiki page. And then I guess the BUR tells you to make a wiki page...
