Is it ok to add a defining tag for breast size on an image that has the nipples tag but no size (i.e. flat_chest, large_breasts) tag?

- two separate pictures of a character where one is in a mirrored position to the other
- pictures of a character where all features are flipped to the opposite side as you would get from a mirror image

I tagged this image with spot color, even though I don't think the coloured neck ribbons and hairclips are done to give them emphasis. Just thought I'd check here that this is correct, despite spot color's wiki.

Honestly, I'm not sure we can see enough of it to really tell. Most of it looks like a white bra/bikini top, with maybe a difference with the loop on her left arm. But her arms being in the way really makes it hard to be definitive.
