Definitly a potpouri of different designs! The turret reminds of the Vickers Crossley IGA1 armored car, the tracks are a little bit Oberschlesien with a dash of Medium Mark I and the pedestal of the turret has a distinct German Panzer I touch.

Looks like left has short blue hair and I can convince myself right wears a hat, fairly certain that's Chen and Swire (alters obviously).

Haven't tagged them yet for double checking.
