Supposedly, Tanaka Minami, judging by the Pixiv tags, but I couldn't find her listed as one of Takeuchi Yuka's voice actresses. Their English voice actresses are also different, and Variable Geo only has Japanese and English dubs as far as I can tell.
I bet that ring is Draupnir, fished up from within the manors depths, it's probably what enables the user to travel between mirror worlds, as, if the wild hunt, lightning, necromancy and all is innate to heathcliff, then the mirror world ability, something we've never seen an item in project moon have on its own (no tech BS) must come from something Dante can't see, considering he didn't sense that the wild hunt was Erlkonigs e.g.o, meaning this "innate ability" has to come from elsewhere...and the only abilities we've seen dante be unable to sense was, to my knowledge, relics, quantum entanglement and...maybe outskirts life with their unique abilities, given the Heishou gave dante no response? Therefore, that ring, which is acquired most likely, by every heathcliff, given ALL of them met, were raised with, and grew to love Cathy, and that ring was a token of her love for him, as such, seeing as no other universally probable causes for the ability (unless Ji-Hoon claims there's an even deeper power than E.G.O anyone can access Dante can't sense), it MUST be the ring. I rest my case.
