When I was in HS there were quite a few 16yo girls who were tall and well-endowed. Now I don't live in Japan, but neither does Karin.

I remember when I was in middle school, a girl in my class who was 14 at the time had quite the badonkers, despite having an overall slim/normal figure. Still remember the conversations I had with friends, because of how big the were.
And later in high school, we had a girl (16yo) in class who's cup size certainly rivaled Miss Karin's here. Though, she was a bit more on the chubbier side, but definitely not obese or anything.
