From context ่ฎฟ้ฎ seems to be that word in Chinese, which could be variously translated as "visit", "call", "interview", or "access".

The gacha system in GFL2 as it's called in the English version is "Recruitment", but the term for pulling in Recruitment is called "Access" and a 10 pull is just called "Access 10 times".
