Can anyone confirm that this is an Alice in Wonderland picture? Many of the elements tend to trend in line with it (Walrus + Carpenter, possible Tweedle-dee and Dum and and plants with human features, White vs. Red Queen). Am I grasping at straws, or does this seem likely?
-The Lion and the Unicorn? Check -white King/Queen and Red King/Queen? Check -White Knight? Check -Humpty Dumpty? Check -Tweedledum and Tweedledee? Check -The sheep? Check -The Walrus and the Carpenter? Check
This is actually a Through the Looking-Glass picture but I guess there's no tag for that yet...
I love the designs of the Red Queen and White Queen. The way their dresses are shaped like chess pieces and how they inhumanly embody their respective colors makes it feel like they're literal chess pieces that sprang to life - which they are!

All those who downvoted [the hornyposter] are uncultured barbarians.
No, the people who downvoted the hornyposter are just tired of garbage comments in general and hornyposting in specific. It's fine if something on this site gets you going; it's not fine to share it, unprompted, with an uninterested audience. While this is technically an adult site, Danbooru is not PornHub.

I wonder, does this apply to unprompted sharing of opinions on any touchy subject, too? What if people actually engage with the hornypost?
I understand most of those kind of posts are not at all engageable, yet I feel there is a kind of "persecution" on pervertedness on modern Danbooru, that sometimes reeks of self-righteousness.
Anyway, I come here mostly for hentai fanart, so maybe it's just me feeling singled out.

It's not a modern Danbooru thing, Danbooru has always been this way. You can find several old forum threads of people complaining about these kinds of comments since the site was created. Danbooru's userbase has never appreciated hornyposting, and has never been shy about this.
Anyway, I think this is a poor argument. An opinion on a "touchy subject" is a totally different matter from comment #2384214. That's not an opinion, that's creepy, overzealous thirsting towards a loli character. Even @Monki, well known loli enthusiast, doesn't make those kinds of comments. It has nothing to do with it being a loli character, either, before anyone tries that. Shameless thirsting like that looks bad no matter the subject.
If you want to comment like this is pornhub so bad, go to pornhub. It's not that hard to enjoy your smut privately. You need to be 18 to use this site, we are adults. Act like an adult with some class, not a teenage sex addict. You're more than welcome to go somewhere else if "Don't hornypost" feels like a personal attack.
