MLLSD does mention it in the web version (post #2373483). I don't know about the full version though. It wasn't mentioned at all in his unofficial 4koma because Rosehip hadn't been introduced as a character yet.

It was mentioned in one of the Drama CDs if I remember correctly, but I'm not sure if it was eight or seven brothers in the CD. That one, as well as some of the others, used to be translated on youtube but I think they all got taken down earlier this year, except two.

Also Rosehip is my wife and I really love her and I like how cute and goofy she always is in the kindergarden stories.
