I think the one hugging her is Agano - the outfit matches as does the hair length and the sidelocks - no other character matches all three. The legs on the right of the middle panel The character on the right of the middle left panel
I expect most of these will be confirmed by future chapters.

Someone with a short ponytail for sure. It's just that kind of hair ribbon, I don't know anyone who has someone like this, otherwise, I would think either Shikinami or Shioi (since the ponytail is quite higher than lower like Fubuki for example).

Yeah, that's impossible to know from that view and with little detail, though going by the logique of having the other Kuma-class on the same table (with the exception of Abukuma), I would say Tama.

Oh yeah, I forgot Ushio had an ahoge... Which is weird because I was fairly sure about Sazanami and Oboro as well. The short one probably is Akebono but it's probably best to leave it for now. The other three are added.

I've added Yuubari for this one actually. I'm not certain about it but everything fits (ponytail, hair bow, serafuku with slight midriff visible)

It looks like Isuzu to my eyes (sleeveless serafuku, only character in the page with discernable breasts, hair matches in both length and colour) but Meitoro's previous Isuzu drawing didn't look like that, plus I can't think who Isuzu would be hugging.

I very much doubt it. The clothing doesn't match for one thing, although Meitoro has a habit of messing with characters' outfits...

Me too. I wasn't confident about it but looking at previous Meitoro-drawn Satsukis (of which there are a lot) it looks just like her. Added the tag.
How in the world did she get Tsushima via construction?

I think she should just count her lucky stars that she didn't construct shipgirls who looked like characters from Yumu Nikki.
