I feel like water would be more of a prominent aspect of his design due to the symbolism of his character (something we can see that matters through Heathcliff, Dongrang, etc. etc.) but still a good design!

What is the reason for tagging this post with ai-assisted?
This artist started using AI when it came out and used to be open about it on their pixiv bio. It's a lot more obvious on other images like the harness in post #8582320, and older works' commentaries still reference AI generation.
While all of Artgerm's sketches are great, this was one of the few I was fairly disappointed I couldn't buy. I was really pleased to see he used the cartoon's design for Phantom Girl after already doing her for Arttrober (post #11760233) considering how basically everyone I mention the show to has never heard of it.
Of course I'm also sad because DC nearly forgot this show existed until they put the last two episodes on the blu-ray of The Death of Superman before finally getting a blu-ray release in 2020. I generally like Phantom Girl's other designs and I guess I'm interested to see if she's in the new Legion of Super-Heroes comic coming out.
