Knowing the artist, even 'human-made' is debateable. Specifically, look at Astra's fingers. The left hand one looks suspiciously out of proportion, and *somehow* the floor boards behind her appears curving. That's not what perspective does to straight lines.
Can you look at the stool and explain? Is he on and off time to time or stop using it at some point? Did he ever say I'm not using it anymore or admit it any sort of way to his 1,178 paid patreon members?
I think their art is at least AI assisted, likely a model installed locally that they train on their own drawings to minimize the need for editing. Ik you didn't say otherwise but, just because someone was drawing before AI existed doesn't mean they can't use it now.
