This meme just doesn't work with Exilium designs. They dropped the "gun gijinka" thing since Neural Cloud (or even since GFL1, if to be precise). Also, community's hard asses that joke about "fuck your guns" will argue with foam in their mouths that "They're more, than just guns! They have names now!".

They never dropped anything because that was never a thing to begin with. From the beginning it was just gynoids named after the guns they're using, never did they include elements of the actual guns in the designs. And of course it wasn't a thing in PNC either because almost all of the characters were civilian Dolls. Why would those of all things need to be modelled after guns? The artists would at times use elements such as the uniforms worn by the historical users of those guns as design inspiration, but that's it. The closest to an argument you have is that they stopped trying to appeal to gun nuts early on, because those ended up not being the core player base.

Michaela is much more closely related to Eve than we thought initially. One of the last songs revealed she was in love/infatued with the Witch when she was a forest spirit, being the one who guided to Hansel and Gretel and for this reason she's indirectly responsible of the Original Sin. That's was another reason why she choose Eve's visage when she reincarnated as human

Izayoi Sakuya's face is a mimic of Dio Brando, who comes from Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken. He can stop time and throwing daggers is one of his main attack methods, just like Sakuya. Moreover, their standing poses are similar, so some says that Izayoi Sakuya is the daughter of Dio Brando. Btw I also mentioned that her character tag is missing.
