This doesn't look like a Patreon reward to me, it looks like the Patreon post was free and it was uploaded, then the Patreon post got taken down. Shouldn't have been banned preemptively just because some random person claimed it is one.
Removing from HiH because it's literally part of her lore that she's originally a skeleton and the human body was made so she could do her Vtuber and musician jobs. It's not even the first example of fanart of her as a skeleton.
Interestingly there is burger called a slugburger, whose main claim to its local fame was because it stayed super cheap during the Great Depression. It used between pork or beef and whatever meat extender was cheapest at the time to stay affordable. The "slug" in the name though was apparently slang referring to a nickel, which was how much it originally cost to buy one.
