Yknow if Johan had called us before everyone got wiped I’m pretty sure Nikke’s story would’ve been over early

even tho Johan manage to call him, shikicum cant just magically teleport to the Eden. it took him probably days or week to arrive at Eden. By the time he arrive everyone already got their ass kicked.

To be fair, it's explained in the epilogue that Johan and Cecil actual almost consider death preferable than to rely on the power of the Ark. Despite their respect for us, it's clear that we're still firmly with the Ark makes them hesitant to ask us for aid.

That all said, it does make me curious how different things could have been if we had the four beast, Rapi and the manufactured Queen with us.

Its stated that communications were being jammed by densed Alva particles hence why Papilion had to run almost near the outskirts of the battle just to connect with Dorothy.

Which could have been explained by any of their extremely fast nikke like Isabel flying out to make a call in between the assaults.

…But in the end it boils down to the Eden crew’s character flaw of pride, refusing to rely on outside aid to face their common enemies even at the cost of better odds of success. Which thankfully might finally be changing as of the end of the event.

Not really because at the time they really couldn’t afford to spare a single NIKKE to send for help, even if it was between assaults. There was stuff happening at literally every moment.

Plus, Nayuta knows that we were in the middle of dealing with our own mess. Even if Johan had managed to contact us, or Isabel flew to where we were, there would’ve been no guarantee that we would make it to Eden on time or if we’d even be able to leave the situation we were in.

Even if Eden had asked the Ark for help, no one would have made it in time. Dorothy can FLY, and even she was almost too late. Plus, unless there’s some super strong Nikkes hidden in the Ark, all of the strongest squads were basically away at the time.

All of which likely would have led to everyone in Eden dying while we arrive too late to actually help. Liberalio would still have gone after the 4 Beasts, we wouldn’t have been there to mediate, etc., etc., etc. I think you must get the point by now.

TLDR: there was literally no possible way Eden could have gotten help in time. As much as it pains me to say this, I feel like Eden still didn’t hit the worst-case scenario. They got off easy compared to what could have happened.
