That looks like Goku (left of Aqua) and Senkuu (right of Megumi) in the background. The one on the far right has pointy ears with twintails, so it's probably Frieren. I don't recognize any other of the sillhouettes.
I honestly love just how much the Xi Gundam looks like Ainz in this artwork. So menacing, dominating the painting, and towering over Hathaway and his whole life.
A joke is never dead as long as someone finds it funny. Which, considering the internet is massive, means all jokes exist in perpetuity. Also you need to chillax, dawg.
I don't mean to sound pedantic, but if you don't know the artist responsible, it's best not to credit someone who clearly didn't create the illustration, as it ultimately leads to confusion and misinformation (and the website where the credit comes from is undoubtedly one of the worst sources I've ever seen).
Inori had just failed her short program in the national juniors competition and didn't qualify for the free skate portion, and so can no longer compete against Hikaru after having lost to her once already in her novice days. Hikaru had waited outside the venue for Inori, and catches her laughing and smiling with her family on the way out. Once Inori spots Hikaru, the mask breaks and she breaks out in tears as she runs away. Hikaru chases after her, and eventually finds her hiding in a bush, where the above scene takes place.
