I'm still not sure if this is a pepe silvia reference or not. I think the way Umiri is gesturing to the "evidence board", touching it with the fingertips of an open hand while half-turned away, plus the push pins and red arrows, make it reasonable. If she was holding a writing implement of any kind in her right hand instead of shushing, it would be a lot more definitive.

That looks like Goku (left of Aqua) and Senkuu (right of Megumi) in the background. The one on the far right has pointy ears with twintails, so it's probably Frieren. I don't recognize any other of the sillhouettes.

I honestly love just how much the Xi Gundam looks like Ainz in this artwork. So menacing, dominating the painting, and towering over Hathaway and his whole life.
