The object featured is Jin'ou Yonggu Bei (金甌永固杯, "Cup of Eternal Solid Gold"), a ceremonial wine cup used by the Qing Dynasty emperors during the "pen-opening" ceremony held on Chinese New Year. Its design was meant to symbolize a stable state and a prosperous nation, and currently it’s displayed in the Palace Museum in Beijing. You can read more on it here and here

Is she wearing thighhighs, or bike shorts? Since it's greyscale it's hard to tell.

Bike shorts are color-coded black, so it should be thighhighs.
But her knees have too much detail for that, so it should be shorts.
But she is wearing long sleeves and the leave on the bench is a classic autumn thing, so it should be thighhighs...

... yeah, it is hard to tell.

The shape is a bit weird for shorts, but it makes sense for thighhighs. It's common to draw the thighs bulging out a bit since the thighhighs compress the legs and it's a thing some people are into.

The definition in the knees also isn't unreasonable for thighhighs, again because of the aforementioned compression.

I think you can flag it for deletion, if it's an issue? Dunno if the deletion will get approved, I think the artist would have to contact the moderation team directly and ask for their art to be banned.

Honestly, I'm a bit mixed, since i view Danbooru as a means of archiving various anime related images while still providing links to the original posts, unlike Yande.re or Zerochan. In that sense, it’s basically an anime imageboard version of the Internet Archive, especially since you never know when an artist might nuke their account. If you want an example, look at Shnva or Cetriolo (Huang Gua). I do agree that if the artist doesn’t want her work to be reuploaded there, she should've file a takedown request; however, I will still archive her works for personal keepsake.
