It references an ending title card for the anime Cowboy Bebop. It's being referenced in the bottom right, and several of the other tagged items either use the same format or are art of the series itself.

I'm uncomfortably aware that the ever continuing march of time means it's meaning stops being intuitive as new generations are born & raised well after it stopped airing, so I don't hold raw ignorance against you, although you should work on your contextual gathering skills.
