Her design and personality feels different from Bon Homme Richard's first appearance in Abyssal Refrain. Abyssal Refrain BHR was like an Essex-class Cleveland: a tomboyish social butterfly, which made her transition to a kusogaki psycho more believable, and shocking.

You should note that Pandora is something akin to an insanity radioactive cube which could make a person's personality 180 from their usual self. Beside in Abyssal Refrain, it's not really a pure BHR. She's pretending to be, but at glimpse you can see that it's not entirely 100% her pure personality. Also in Path of the Chosen, CN, they said she's a good girl that doesn't deserve it which 100% true during this event. She's a kind sweet girl.

(Beside, if we want to go logical, that CG is still the initial pre-reworked normal BHR design, maybe, or it might be the outfit she used during her vacation in Samos Island)
