Yeah the older gens has successfully bully younger gen Z and gen alpha into recognizing the diskette.
Not sure if it's a good thing or not but boy it worked pretty well.

"Kyoudai" means "brothers". "Sisters" would be "shimai".

As for your question itself, I don't get the sense there's bad feelings. Kazagumo especially is canonically involved with Akigumo's doujin production based on seasonal CGs, and extrapolating from that, the rest of DesDiv 10 can be considered to form Akigumo's doujin circle. I personally think both Kagerou and Yuugumo treat her as a younger sister (even if Yuugumo is younger than her).

It makes more sense to me that Akigumo could really feel the pressure during a crunch and turn short-tempered (she's depicted in her Comiket outfit), and Kiyoshimo, being the furthest from her in terms of age and not familiar with her, would view this in a more negative light. Hence my comment above where the ones who are closest to her are on the verge of going "hate to break it to you, but..."
