This is nonsense and delusion. He hasn't done anything for Greenland, and the US economy isn't collapsing; quite the opposite. As for the other things, like the ICE raids and the rollback of trans shit, they're not bad at all. Especially the Madro arrest; you're talking as if they kidnapped your daddy, not a dictator.
Okay, weather or not Hawking did anything i do want to put forth another possible reason why he could be in the Epstein files. That reason is that Epstein liked to portray himself as a patron of the sciences so him wanting to associate with Hawking and other prominent scientists makes sense on that level and would not require hawking to be involved in anything regarding the other interests of Epstein.
I can not prove things one way or the other (if the rest of the unredacted files where released sometime maybe then), but with the amount of names in the Epstein files accusing everyone of them (except the victim names) of engaging in pedophilia would probably be unfair, even if quite a lot of people did do it.
