Common sense makes that impossible. And I don't mean ours, everyone in the Umaverse knows that the Uma mom = Uma daughter. No matter how well she keeps it a secret, as soon as the baby pops out everyone will know the truth. At most they could lie to the daughter and tell her she's adopted.
I think the dog-thing in the top right corner is supposed to be akane, since it doesn't resemble anything else from ranma + this artist has depicted akane as a dog before
