Note: Don't tag with transphobia despite the usage of the t-slur present since 4chan's/lgbt/ board commonly use the t-slur to describe themselves or others in the same vein how black people may use the n-word and how lesbians may use the d-slur as a form of reclamation.
I'm not talking about their actual looks, I'm talking about the character head in the corner of this post specifically. In any case, I shouldn't have assumed and just used character request instead. It's not a big deal.
It's also worth noting that Fanon Noa isn't a misunderstanding of Canon Noa; rather, she's a deliberate subversion of Canon Noa. Hell, the doujin that popularized the Noa NTR phenomenon is a story of corruption- at the start, she's Canon Noa through and through, but by the end, she's become so addicted to sleeping with Sensei that she's transformed into Fanon Noa.
ETA: As I posted the comment, I noticed in the tag history that someone corrected the tags to a Youkai Watch character (without removing the Ben 10 ones). They looked similar... that resolves the voice actor connection part then, since she voices Amano Keita.
I know if you've seen one brown haired pre-teen protagonist, you've seen them all, but I don't think they look that similar, and that doesn't look anything like an omnitrix.
