There's apparently some VA joke regarding Tomatsu Haruka here but I don't think she has any Ben 10-related roles. She is, however, the voice for Hiyuki.

What does this post have to do with Ben 10?

Ben Tennyson with censored identity and an omnitrix on Hiyuki's wrist. I thought that would be apparent from the tags. Am I mistaken about who this is?

ETA: As I posted the comment, I noticed in the tag history that someone corrected the tags to a Youkai Watch character (without removing the Ben 10 ones). They looked similar... that resolves the voice actor connection part then, since she voices Amano Keita.

I know if you've seen one brown haired pre-teen protagonist, you've seen them all, but I don't think they look that similar, and that doesn't look anything like an omnitrix.

I'm not talking about their actual looks, I'm talking about the character head in the corner of this post specifically. In any case, I shouldn't have assumed and just used character request instead. It's not a big deal.
