bit of a TL note btw (yes i know i'm 6 months late, but for posterity, i guess): ご休憩 here refers to a type of service in love hotels and such where you only rent a room for about 2-3 hours during the day, so it's completely different from 休憩 (without ご at the beginning) which simply means 'a break'. so when Sensei says ご休憩になっちゃう in the last bubble, he means "this is gonna turn into a quick makeout session [than just a normal break]". (admittedly i had to scramble for a suitable english equivalent on urban dictionary, but thank fuck "quickie" came up and it just fits so well)
Uncertain how to format this in the commentary bit (I'm new to Danbooru!), but the verb 捧げる (found in the artist's original commentary of the post) can mean both 'to dedicate', to devote', 'to offer', 'to consecrate,' but can also mean 'to lift' or 'to hold above one's eye level', just like Dream Journey is doing here :) She's lifting up her beloved Oru...

I don't mean to disparage this artist (I do actually really like their art), but clearly they've never read/watched anything even vaguely Index or Railgun related, because this doesn't look like Misaka at all.
