三式中戦車 チヌ : さんしきちゅうせんしゃ チヌ : San-shiki Chuusensha Chi-Nu

A World War II Japanese medium tank developed from the Type 97 Chi-Ha as a stopgap measure to counter the American M4 Sherman. It combined the chassis and the suspension of the Type 97 with a new turret armed with a 75mm gun.
