Azusa will likely save the day. She is destined to be the next captain of course. Also by the looks of the trailer, it seems Shark Team will have a bigger role here.

Having recently finished watching "Das Finale Part 3", I am guessing that Momo will have to leverage the experience of all the vehicle commanders to get through the fight. She has a lot of talent under her command, but she doesn't seem like she is used to being in charge. With Anglerfish out of the fight, it's an opportunity for all the other Ooarai crews to get more screen time, at least! They will be really exercising their tactical minds if they survive. Anteater is the only crew that has any kind of plot armor from being the flag tank!

Mika, Mikko, and Aki are really skilled, but I think they are all in 1 vehicle. Youko is a really good shot, but we have yet to see how well she handles a 2-way gunfight or situations where she doesn't have the high ground. The rest of the Keizoku team is kind of faceless so far, so it's hard to tell how good they are.

To add to this: we are still waiting for the payoff of a certain movie reference that the Rabbit Team was watching before the Oarai-Keizoku match.
