the walking man (the exit 8)

A character in The Exit 8 game and film adaption. He is a middle-aged, balding salaryman who carries a briefcase in one hand and a phone in the other. He walks from the opposite direction of the player, making no notice of them, before stopping at the starting point of the corridor to stare at his phone.

He was referred to by fans as "Old Man/Mister" (おじさん). In the 2025 film adaption, he is introduced as "The Walking Man" (歩く男).
