the thinker

The Thinker ("Le Penseur" in French) is a bronze sculpture made by the French sculptor Auguste Rodin.

The sculpture is that of a nude male sitting on a rock, resting his chin on the back of his right hand while his right arm rests on his left thigh. The figure leans forward, looking down, as if deep in thought.
