A racing arcade game released by SEGA in 1990 (JP) and 1991 (worldwide). It was also ported to Sega Saturn in 1994.

Notable for being the first on-screen appearance of Sonic the Hedgehog, pre-dating his playable debut game by a year. He appears as a small toy hanging from the player's rear-view mirror.
