An Angel Beats! character. He has short green hair and yellow eyes. He is the Vice President of the Student Council, and is normally seen wearing a black gakuran, black pants, and a black hat.
He is capable of hypnotizing anyone he makes eye contact with, and when he does so, his eyes turn red.
