The kindergarten teacher of Gold Ship from the Umamusume: Peace Peace Cepea Cepea Golshi-Chan spin-off gag manga.
She teaches the Carrot Class at Green Kindergarten, and often plays the straight-man to Golshi's antics, much to her exasperation.
