The Mii Gunner from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

She has grayish brown hair and eyes. She swaps out the orange for yellow, and instead wears a cool cropped jacket with coordinating footwear to boot.

She was initially completely forgettable amidst the largest Smash Bros. cast of all time, but after the announcement of a Sans DLC costume, she has since been subjected to a relentless amount of memes, mostly being about how she would be completely forgettable if it wasn't for her donning Sans' likeness.
