Madam M is a minor supporting character in Final Fantasy VII Remake. She runs a reputable massage parlor in the Wall Market district of Sector 6. Along with Andrea Rhodea and Chocobo Sam, she is also a member of the Trio—a group of high-profile figures who act as scouts for Don Corneo's nightly bridal auditions, approving candidates.

She has pale skin, black hair pinned up with elaborate golden hairclips, dark brown eyes, and sports purple eyeshadow and red lips. She wears an off shoulder black kimono with a golden floral print pattern and a pair of black geta sandals, and carries a folding fan that matches her kimono.
