distorted halo
A halo that differs from the standard one by the presence of interference or distortion. Caused by strong sensations that the characters experience. An artistic technique commonly used by Blue Archive artists to depict orgasms in sex scenes.
Halo is also officially a representation of consciousness, and its distortion may indicate that the character is beginning to lose consciousness.
Not to be confused with glitched halo, which is not used to represent sensations and is a separate type of halo rather than a distortion of the classic halo.
