Hoshikawa Seira's tenebrae mode (magical girl) form.

When transformed into this form, she has longer two side up with glowing tips, along with a long braid in the center back of her hair. She has blue - purple ringed eyes. Crystal horns form on her side of the head. She uses as her weapon the energy bow and arrow that she makes emerge from a crystal on the back of her left hand.
