Fletcher's outfit for the 9th Anniversary of Kantai Collection. Features a pink sweater, white skirt, and a bouquet of flowers.
The outfit technically has two different modes, depending on whether or not Fletcher is in her Mk.II remodel. If she is, her hairband will be more angular, whereas she is not, her hairband will be rounded.
An early version of this costume, with Fletcher having a pink dress, white pantihose, and heeled boots, can be seen as part of the announcement art for Johnston's 7th Anniversary costume.
