daedalus attack

A tactical maneuver from the MACROSS sci-fi series.

It is an attack where the SDF-1 Macross mecha spacecraft uses the Daedalus ship (protected by the pin-point barrier system) as a battering ram while being on storm attacker mode.

This battle maneuver was invented by the U.N. Spacy SDF-1 bridge officer Hayase Misa during Space War I.

It was called the "Daedalus Maneuver" in Robotech.
